Kelsey is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy and brand recognition across the nation. As the in-house brand and marketing expert, she ensures the team is equipped with strategic guidance and high-quality resources to achieve exceptional standards. Kelsey is instrumental in advising on brand development and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence. Focused on long-term success, she supports the team while guiding Graddy Real Estate toward sustainable growth and high-impact results. Kelsey fosters community engagement within the team by inspiring and encouraging volunteerism and ensuring a genuine commitment to making a positive impact within the community.
Kelsey was raised in San Antonio, TX and made her way to Missouri over twenty years ago. She moved to Springfield in 2007 and fell in love with the city's philanthropic heart, friendly community, and the Ozark landscape. She is a strong champion for the LGBQT+ community and has served on the Springfield Black Tie Committee since 2022.
When Kelsey isn't at the office or volunteering, she loves exploring all the hiking & floating the Ozark Mountains has to offer and aims to end her days catching those iconic plateau sunsets.
