Rustan was born and raised in Southwest Missouri and has proudly called this area home his entire life. What began as a simple rental property investment quickly grew into a passion for real estate, eventually leading Rustan to his current role as a buyers agent in the Joplin area.

Rustan brings over 15 years of experience helping people as a teacher and coach. Guiding others toward their goals and solving problems with positivity has always been at the heart of what he does, and that same mindset carries over into every client relationship. For Rustan, real estate is about more than property — it’s about people. His goal is to help clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with encouragement, integrity, and genuine care.

Outside of real estate, Rustan stays active in his church and values time spent with family. He’s also an avid runner, hiker, and sports enthusiast, and enjoys creative outlets like playing music and working on artistic projects.
